Delivery within Doha
Delivery costs QAR 10 per order within Doha. Order before 6 pm Qatar time for same-day delivery. For orders placed at or after 6 pm, please contact us to confirm the delivery schedule.
Please provide a complete delivery address, including your zone, street and building number, and a reachable telephone number. Delivery outside Doha is not currently offered through the store.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the total shown at checkout in cash in Qatari riyals when your order arrives. Please have the amount ready for the delivery.
Returns & exchanges
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check the product details and contact us with any questions before ordering.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Qatar consumer protection law.
