Shopping with Vastra
These terms apply to purchases from Vastra – Selected by Nihala at vastra.qa. Please review product details and provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals (QAR). Delivery within Doha costs QAR 10 per order and is shown at checkout. Payment is Cash on Delivery in QAR.
Products and availability
Orders are subject to stock availability. If there is a stock or order issue, we will contact you using the details provided. Product photographs may appear slightly different on different screens; please contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Delivery
We deliver within Doha. Orders placed before 6 pm Qatar time qualify for same-day delivery. For later orders, contact us to confirm the delivery schedule. Please provide your zone, street and building number and a reachable telephone number.
Returns and exchanges
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported to us with the order number and photos so we can resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Qatar law. See our Delivery & Returns policy.
